Update - The issue with delayed call recording uploads has been resolved. All calls that had recording enabled should be available for review now. We are closing this issue as resolved.

Identified - Our partners at Telnyx are experiencing an issue with uploading call recordings that our application references to surface recordings into Touchpoints. This issue began around 10am EST. We are awaiting resolution, and expect that all recordings will backfill once service is re-established.

Underlying Carrier - Brief service disruption to agent connectivity to calls
Resolved - Our partners at Telnyx experienced a brief service outage that began around 10am EST and was resolved around 1030am EST. We are awaiting further detail of the exact cause. This outage impacted our systems ability to establish connections between the agent and the caller. The symptoms that agents would have experienced during this time frame is the inablity to connect to inbound/outbound calls - our system would place them in a Missed status as it was unable to connect them to the caller.

Issues have subsided since around 10:35am EST and agents should no longer be experiencing those issues. We are monitoring to ensure this has been fully resolved.
